Most people either ignore or numb their pain from overuse or body abuse. When you ignore and numb pain, healing never happens and you create a perfect environment for injuries. In this workshop, you will learn how to use movement to reduce chronic pain and improve the health of the tissues at the same time.
Act 3: Superhack your Strength for Better Endurance
There's more to strength than one dimensional reps and sets. Most people overtrain with techniques they don't need. In this workshop, you will learn how to get stronger in less time and build your foundation for greater endurance.
Act 4: Superhack your Mind for Better Awesomeness
The state of your mind radically affects your strength and performance, and your pain and movement ability radically affects your mind. In this workshop, you will learn techniques you'll find nowhere else for uniquely combining movement with mindset to clear fear and boost confidence.

This program is influenced by Yoga Tune Up, many Yoga trainings, years of teaching functional training and corrective exercise, advanced anatomy, and much more. You will not get these skills or results from any normal yoga class.
